Bobbi Kristina Brown like doing drugs and had a problem with them, but according to a transcript obtained by Radar Online, Oct. 25, 2015, Bobbi Kristina spent the final weeks of her life heavily drugged up. Danyela Bradley gave a videotaped deposition of meeting and living with Bobbi Kristina and she claims Bobbi Kristina did marijuana, crack, and heroin during that time. The transcript is not from the Nick Gordon and Bobbi Kristina’s estate civil suit, but the information came as part of an injury lawsuit filed by Russell J. Eckerman. On January 27, Russell claims he was injured in the car crash when Danyela’s jeep, driven by Bobbi Kristina, crashed into him. Danyela was a passenger in the jeep and according to the lawsuit, Bobbi Kristina “was traveling at an imprudent speed for conditions and was following” Russells’s vehicle “too closely.” Bobbi Kristina “improperly attempted to change lanes in order to avoid the vehicle stopping in front of her.”
In the transcript, Danyela said she met Bobbi Kristina in November 2014 through Max Lomas, a friend of Nick Gordon. She was living at the townhouse with Bobbi Kristina, Nick Gordon, and Max Lomas in January 2015, and she stayed there until Bobbi Kristina’s bathtub accident on January 31. Allegedly, during that short time, she and Bobbi Kristina became “very very close; very very close and very attached to each other.” She said their relationship was more like sisters than friends. She admits that they all used marijuana together, but when asked if she saw Bobbi Kristina using any other types of illegal drugs, she said that she did not. However, a short time later she admitted to seeing Bobbi Kristina smoke crack “very very few times.” While Danyela lived with Bobbi Kristina, she said Bobbi Kristina’s usage was maybe “once every two weeks or so.”
Danyela said that Bobbi Kristina smoked marijuana maybe two or three days a week. “When I had first lived with her, I didn’t know that she actually had a problem with it, until I had lived with her afterwards for a couple of weeks … and after a few weeks she just didn’t really hide it.” Then she was asked how Bobbi Kristina acted after using Heroin or cocaine she answered, “When she would do the heroin she’d just be very sleepy, nod off, and very less talkative, kind of keep to herself. When she smoke crack, she would just be not even talkative. She’d just be keeping to herself as well.” However, Nick Gordon “smoked it more than her.”
Because the accident happened so close to Bobbi Kristina being found facedown and unresponsive in the bathtub, Russell’s lawyers want a copy of Bobbi Kristina’s full toxicology report. Do you think the results found in her toxicology report are relevant to the case or not? Do you think that Russell should be suing the estate of Bobbi Kristina or should he just let things go because of her passing? Post your thoughts in the comments section below.
