Beggin’®, the bacon-flavored snacks dogs love, wants to make 50 dogs famous in its national Pup Star Search. Dog owners are invited to submit pictures of their four-legged companions for an opportunity to be featured on one of the many Beggin’ product packages sold to millions nationwide.
Stardom could be a simple click away.
To participate in the Beggin’ Pup Star Search, simply upload a high-resolution image of your dog(s) to www.beggin-fan.beggin.com. Beggin’ strips will be choosing lucky 4-legged finalists all month long. You’ll get an email from the Beggin’ team if your dog is a finalist!
“We’re looking for the most animated, hilarious, and darn-right cute photos of everyday dogs in our national Pup Star Search, which is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for dogs to take center stage – or center package,” said Rick Swensen, Beggin’ assistant brand manager. “We value the joy and laughter dogs bring their owners, and are excited to share these photos with millions of consumers nationwide.”
Each week a panel of dog-loving judges and bacon connoisseurs will review the submissions and select photos to be placed on bags of Beggin’. The new Pup Stars will be announced on the Beggin’ brand Facebook page at www.facebook.com/beggin. The Facebook page lists tips and hints to capture the best picture of your dog. A total of 50 photos will be deemed heads-and-tails above the rest and prominently displayed on product packaging that will hit shelves in 2016. All decisions regarding the selection of the photos will be made by the Beggin’ brand in their sole discretion and are final and binding in all matters.
You dog’s photo may win one of 50 coveted spots on millions of Beggin’ packages. Here’s an opportunity for dog owners to share photos of their beloved pooches canine cuteness. All U.S. residents 18-years-old or older are invited to participate. For more information about the search, including photo inspiration, visit www.beggin-fan.beggin.com and www.facebook.com/beggin.
