The Bears vs. Chargers live TV and streaming online matchup will be featured for the 2015 NFL Monday Night Football game in Week 9. Both teams come into the game struggling and looking as if they could be outside of the playoffs if they don’t start getting much needed wins. At least one of the two teams will get one tonight, while the other moves closer to a high draft pick. The 2015 NFL live online stream and televised game will take place in San Diego with ESPN providing coverage.
According to a Nov. 9 report via NY Times, both of tonight’s teams will be without key personnel and both from the offensive side of things. Chicago’s running back Matt Forte hurt his knee against the Minnesota Vikings just last week and will be out of tonight’s matchup. San Diego is without wide receiver Keenan Allen who suffered a lacerated kidney against the Ravens, putting him on the sidelines for the rest of the season. That means backups will be in place tonight for these two struggling squads.
Chicago has had some close losses including their last two games against division rivals. Last week it was a 23-20 loss to Minnesota at home, and the week prior it was a 37-34 overtime loss at Detroit. San Diego, which is 2-2 at home so far this season also had a close loss last week at Baltimore 29-26. Phillip Rivers set a franchise record in the game with his fifth consecutive 300-yard game. He was 28-for-37 in the game and threw three touchdowns with no interceptions and just one sack. Will he be able to continue this hot streak en route to a much-needed home win tonight?
Vegas odds makers started the line for this game at 3-1/2 points in the home team’s favor. It has since moved up a point to 4-1/2 with San Diego priced at -220 and the underdog Bears at +200. The over/under points total is currently at 49 points for the game. Both teams have struggled in getting wins and also against the spread as Chicago is 3-4 ATS but 2-1 away against it, while San Diego is 3-5 ATS and just 1-3 at home against spreads. Neither team is currently a hot favorite on the future odds list to win the Super Bowl, as one might expect.
