Bagel Store owner, Beth Ginsberg, has teamed up with Freestyle Pizza owners Kevin and Wendy Forman, Scott Henley, and Brad and Dana Licht, to open a new location as Bagel Store Deli in Greenwood Village, Colo. The Bagel Store now has a wider reach and includes a variety of house made cream cheeses and in-house smoked salmon. The dual concept fast casual restaurant provides an easy answer to the question “Where should we eat breakfast, lunch or dinner?”
The family-friendly fast casual restaurant is celebrating their grand re-opening on Sunday, August 30 and Monday, August 31 with festivities throughout the two days including free samples, painting and pizza, a foosball tournament, and a raffle for the chance to win free pizza. In addition, the restaurant will donate 10% of proceeds from sales during those two days to the Cherry Creek Schools Foundation to provide much needed funds for the classroom grants program, which provides funding for teacher grant requests in all Cherry Creek district schools.
Freestyle Pizza and Bagel Store Deli both follow a simple “1, 2, 3, 4” process to make it easy for guests to create their meal. The restaurant offers an endless amount of combinations since every meal is made to order. When a guest orders a pizza he/she will be asked to 1) choose the crust 2) select a sauce 3) add toppings and 4) choose a finishing sauce or herbs. All pizzas come in a 6” or 10” size for one person, so no sharing is needed. The restaurant also serves a 16” size for families or catered parties. The restaurant also serves wine and beer.
Similarly, when a guest orders from the deli he/she will be asked to 1) choose the bread 2) select meats and cheeses 3) add condiments and 4) choose a homemade side. For breakfast, guests can enjoy fresh brewed coffee or espresso to complement a fresh bagel, cream cheese and lox combination or a delicious breakfast sandwich made with eggs, cheese and Beef Bak’n. And any of the pizza or deli toppings can be added to a breakfast sandwich, too.
Freestyle Pizza and Bagel Store Deli uses only the highest quality ingredients and makes most of the food in-house and complements that by sourcing some of the best local products including fresh bagels and breads from Bagel Store; corned beef, pastries and desserts from The Bagel Deli; locally owned Nuggs Ice Cream and Luna Coffee and beer from Great Divide.
