Hi Matt. Firstly, congratulations on the success of your device ParaShoot, we would like to talk to you about it and find out a little more. When and how, did you come up with the idea of this camera?
Thank you! I appreciate the opportunity to share the genesis of the ParaShoot. It stems from a personal desire to achieve perfect memory. Wouldn’t it be great to be able to go back in time and view exactly what happened? We designed and engineered the camera from ground up, solving complex manufacturing issues to complete it’s production.
What makes this camera so much more special than other cameras on the market
Often times it’s the spontaneous events in life that we later wish we could have recorded. The ParaShoot wearable camera enables hands-free functionality that allows users to capture both planned and spontaneous moments. Some of the special features of the ParaShoot wearable camera include:
– Versatility – it can be used in many ways
– MicroSD card slot – you are not limited to the internal memory of the device (use up to a 64Gb microSD card)
– Continuous use – attach it to a battery pack or power source and use it continuously
– Automated modes – set it to time lapse photo mode or time lapse video recording mode
– Smartphone app – allows you to share your photos/videos instantly, wirelessly transferring them from the ParaShoot to your smartphone
The cool thing about this camera is it is so compact and small, is this something
that makes capturing moments a lot easier than regular cameras when you are on
Yes, the possibilities for use are endless. Use it as a bodycam or as a dashcam. Attach it to a bike, get your dog’s point of view, clip it to your jacket, wear it as a necklace, stick it on a wall. You can use it for practically any application you can think of.
Is it compatible with a lot of different types of software? What are the
You can use it stand-alone, or you can also download the iOS/Android app for additional capabilities.
What is your favorite part about the ParaShoot camera, that sets it aside from
The ParaShoot wearable camera is a powerful tool for learning and improving behavior. I recently gave a talk at the Defense and Security Symposium in Baltimore – literally days before the events there. Part of my presentation included research studies showing that wearable cameras reduce the number of complaints against law enforcement and improve behavior. It’s a verb: I’m able to parashoot my life on the go, and travel back in time to see what happened.
Thank you so much for your time and we wish you all the best. For more info on the ParaShoot, go to:
